How can I track my order/see if my order was delivered?
Tracking your order is easy at FlowersofChina.com. When you place your order, you registered your email address. By using this same email address, you can login to check your Order Status. Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in the recipient's time zone and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order or it was not received?
Providing exceptional flowers and gifts and superior customer service is important to all of us at FLOWERSOFCHINA.COMŽ. We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days. If there's something we've done and you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll redeliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable replacement if the original product is not available.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If your order is en route, has shipped or was delivered, we will be unable to cancel it.
If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, please give us 48 hours prior notice.
What days of the week do you deliver?
We can deliver 7 days a week, in most areas however some rural areas may have limited or no delivery available. Also delivery may not be available to some areas during peak holiday times or in adverse weather conditions.
Can I send a card or message with my flowers?
Yes, after you add your flowers or gift to your shopping cart and check out, you'll be brought to a page where you'll be able to enter information about who you're sending them to. On the bottom of this page, you'll be able to enter a card message and sign your name. The card message will be included in the flowers, or on a printed card attached to the outside of the box (for gift delivery).
Can I send my flowers anonymously?
Yes, if you choose not to leave a card message or if you do not sign your card message, your flowers or gift will be delivered anonymously.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Normal delivery hours are 9am-7pm in the destination (recipient) time zone. Times may vary due to peak holiday times or adverse weather conditions
Can I get my order delivered today?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for products listed on our Same Day Delivery Page, as long as you place your order before 12:00 noon in the destination (recipient) time zone.
What if my recipient is not present for the delivery?
In the event the recipient is not available to take the delivery, our delivery personnel will phone the recipient to coordinate a time to re-deliver. If the recipient is not reachable by phone, our delivery personnel will leave the product at the doorstep, with a neighbor, or leave a message at the door.
How come I did not receive any confirmation emails?
To ensure that you receive Order Confirmation and Delivery Confirmation emails from FLOWERSOFCHINA.COM, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
